5. 3D画像の観察(MRIcron による)

　MRIcron は，機能的MRI (functional MRI) データの表示や分析のために開発されたソフトウェアである。Mac OS X, Linux, Windows上ではしる。
　MRIcron は多くの機能を持っているが，ここでは３次元表示機能だけを使用する。

1) 作業フォルダに移動
　MRIcron プログラムとデータ (brain.nii) は，3. 0) 実習の準備 の項で既にダウンロードしてあるので，Finder 内で image_proc ディレクトリに移動する。


2) MRIcron の実行　

Finder 内の mricronをダブルク リックする。
しばらくすると画面が現れる。
最初表れる画像はここでは使用しない。
Help -> Preferences... を開く。
□ Reorient Images when loading にチェックを入れて OK を押す。
File -> Open で画像ファイル brain.nii を開く。
しばらくすると画面が現れる。



右上の ボタンをクリックすると青いクロス・カーソルが現れる。MRI 画像上の適当な位置にクロス・カーソルの中心を移動させ，マウス・ボタンをクリックすると，その断面が表示される。

　注意しないといけないのは，脳の断面図が表示されているということである。表示されている脳溝や脳梁は，脳を外部から見てスケッチした立体図とは異な る。

演習
　中心溝を頭頂から順に下側に追いかけて観察すること。
